Shipping

We ship our orders within 1-2 business days using UPS.  All customers will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail that includes a tracking link so you can follow your order. For expedited shipping please give us a call at (888) 249-0271

Returns

If you find that you ordered the wrong style or size and need to return and replace with the correct screw, call or e mail us. We will ship the proper screw. We will issue a RMA # for the screws you are returning. You will pay for freight both ways but no charge for restocking will apply.

In the case of return only a 15% restocking fee will be deducted before credit is issued. No returns will be accepted without a return goods authorization (RMA) number.
